Based in London with a pan-European reach, Bowery was founded by Jean-Marie Caillon, previously Managing Director at Logicor, Europe’s leading logistics real estate platform.
At Logicor he spearheaded over €4bn worth acquisitions on behalf of funds controlled by Blackstone, the largest global private equity real estate company, across various investment strategies.
Prior to Logicor, Jean-Marie was heading up AEW logistics asset management in Europe.

Jean Marie-Caillon
FOUNDER & CEO
Before founding Bowery, Jean-Marie was a Managing Director at Logicor, where he led multi-billon acquisition Europe’s logistics specialist, including the Thunder aggregation program which executed €1bn of investments in 18 months across 42 deals in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain.
Prior to Logicor, Jean-Marie was heading AEW logistics asset management in Europe, overseeing the funds’ ongoing operations.
Jean-Marie holds an M.B.A. from ESSEC Business School, Paris.

Dimitri Mezinis
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Having joined Bowery in 2022, Dimitri is responsible for the company’s operations in France.
Prior to Bowery, Dimitri was a Director at Logicor, in charge of Asset Management operations across the €1bn French portfolio, involving 100 assets and 250 tenants.
Dimitri started his career as an Asset Manager at Proudreed where he looked after a portfolio of multi-let industrial assets.
Dimitri holds a Master in Real Estate from ICH, Paris.

Jessica Raynaud
DIRECTOR - ASSET MANAGER
Jessica joined Bowery after spending 8 years at Logicor, where she oversaw a team of asset managers dedicated to 210 tenants across 53 assets, including landmarks like Garonor Aulnay.
She started her real estate career as a logistics and light industrial agent at Advenis and JLL, covering the Paris region.
Jessica received a Master in Business Management from IAE Gustave Eiffel, Paris XII Créteil.

Daniel Hasin
PRINCIPAL - INVESTMENTS
Prior to joining Bowery, Daniel spearheaded German acquisitions at CLS Holdings Plc, a FTSE 250 real estate investment company.
At CLS, he executed €300m of single asset and portfolio acquisitions, expanding the company’s portfolio in Germany by 50% in parallel to sourcing and structuring €200m of acquisition financing.
Daniel started his career in real estate advisory, involved in over €500m of debt and equity transactions across different asset classes, risk profiles and geographies for a variety of clients across Europe.
Daniel holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance from Lauder Business School, Vienna.

Valentin Arstal
ANALYST - INVESTMENTS
Valentin joined Bowery during the early stages of the company, following various internships with real estate investment management groups in London and Dubai.
He holds a degree in Global Management & Marketing from Regent’s University London, and an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School.
