Jean-Marie Caillon
FOUNDER & CEO
Before founding Bowery, Jean-Marie was a Managing Director at Logicor, where he led acquisitions of Europe’s leading logistics specialist, including the Thunder aggregation program which executed €1bn of investments in 18 months across 42 deals in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain.
Prior to Logicor, Jean-Marie was heading AEW logistics asset management in Europe, overseeing the funds’ ongoing operations.
Jean-Marie holds an M.B.A. from ESSEC Business School, Paris.

Dimitri Mezinis
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Having joined Bowery in 2022, Dimitri is responsible for the company’s operations in France.
Prior to Bowery, Dimitri was a Director at Logicor, in charge of Asset Management operations across the €1bn French portfolio, involving 100 assets and 250 tenants.
Dimitri started his career as an Asset Manager at Proudreed where he looked after a portfolio of multi-let industrial assets.
Dimitri holds a Master in Real Estate from ICH, Paris.

Pooja Prasad
FINANCE & OPERATIONS
Pooja joined Bowery following her role at Commercial Estates Group where she was responsible for the accounting and reporting for £300m of GAV.
Pooja previously spent time at Atlantic Leaf Properties Ltd, where she served as Financial Accountant, as well as at BDO as a Senior Auditor.
Pooja earned her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Auckland, subsequently furthering her qualifications by becoming a Chartered Accountant in Australia and New Zealand.

Jessica Raynaud
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Jessica joined Bowery after spending 8 years at Logicor, where she oversaw a team of asset managers dedicated to 210 tenants across 53 assets, including landmarks like Garonor Aulnay.
She started her real estate career as a logistics and light industrial agent at Advenis and JLL, covering the Paris region.
Jessica received a Master in Business Management from IAE Gustave Eiffel, Paris XII Créteil.

Jan Valk
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Jan joined Bowery following a 5-year tenure at Mileway Germany where he was responsible for a portfolio comprising 14 properties and totalling over 200k sqm.
Prior to Mileway, Jan worked at M7 Germany, where he managed a 190k sqm portfolio.
Jan’s career also includes significant experience at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he managed office and retail properties.
Jan holds a Real Estate Economist degree from EBZ Business School.

Daniel Hasin
INVESTMENT
Prior to joining Bowery, Daniel led German acquisitions at CLS Holdings Plc where he executed €300m of single asset and portfolio acquisitions in parallel to sourcing and structuring €200m of acquisition financing.
Daniel started his career in real estate advisory, involved in over €500m of debt and equity transactions across Europe.
Daniel holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance from Lauder Business School, Vienna.

Fergus Williams
INVESTMENT
Fergus joined Bowery from Arlington Advisors, a UK-based Private Equity Real Estate firm, as an Investment Analyst.
At Arlington, Fergus was involved in significant transactions including the disposal of a £1.2bn student accommodation portfolio, the acquisition of a £250m portfolio partnered with a major PE firm and the exit of a £310m PBSA portfolio.
Fergus holds an MSc in Finance with Distinction from Henley Business School.

Debora Krasniqi
INVESTMENT
Debora started her career at Bowery. Over the past year she has contributed to over €2bn in underwritings across various strategies.
She has embraced a diverse range of responsibilities, including supporting portfolio management.
Prior to her role as an analyst, Debora completed a BSc in Business Management and Entrepreneurship with a First-Class Honours.

Marie Lecroc
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Prior to joining Bowery, Marie started her career at CBRE Property Management as a Property Manager in the Industrial and Logistics department. She was responsible for a 500K+ sqm portfolio comprising 31 Value Add and Core properties. In her role she managed operational, strategic and financial aspects of assets on behalf of several institutional investors.
Marie holds a Master in Administration and Property Management from ESPI.
